Breakfast

It sometimes seems that the best ideas come of their own accord, and not out of a magazine, off Oprah, or in an expensive box.

I’ve managed to lose 26 lbs since December, and I really haven’t done much of anything differently in terms of what I eat. What I’ve done is changed when I eat it.

Moving my big meal of the day to breakfast has been the key. I eat a small lunch in mid-afternoon, and then have a snack when I get home. I work 12 hour shifts (7a-7p, usually) and so having my big meal in the morning gives me all day long to burn it off. I don’t get hungry. I haven’t changed anything else, so this is the only thing I can blame it on. And hope that it keeps going!!
